Meet the coach

I am a Homeopath & life coach, which means I have the tools to help you take the next step forward.

I have always been curious about others and the world around me and have always wanted to help people to be the best version of themselves.

I understand  life is not a straight path and comes with lots of twists and turns and bumps along the way  and we can feel discouraged and lost.

This certainly was the case for me.

I became a life coach after trying to find balance in my own life, my true identity and a way of fulfilment.

My journey has so far taken me to London and Manchester where I  have studied Anatomy and physiology back in 2021. 

 I then began my four year Diploma training course in Homeopathy , herbal medicine, flower essences and astrology.  after that I completed level 11 in Reiki healing.  

Most recently I have completed Trauma informed care (tic) certification and treating complex ptsd..
